falling down the rabbit hole by pinkbutterflyofdeath falling down the rabbit hole by pinkbutterflyofdeath
:/ I don't really like this one, just because of the colors. I don't like the white soles on the shoes and the green heart shaped rose bushes. It makes it look like Christmas. But aside from that I happy with how the front design turned out :) She's falling down the rabbit hole and into wonderland with teacups and cards.

I plan to make a better pair of Alice in Wonderland shoes pretty soon so keep an eye out for that.

Are these done with fabric crayons?

I've never heard of fabric crayons >_>

But, I use acrylic paint and sharpies

Oh really? Some information perhaps: [link]

Do you varnish the shoes then? Or make them waterproof any other way?

Or perhaps you don't wear then out in rainy weather. xP

The acrylic paint is already waterproof but the sharpies not so much, and when I spray them with something to make them waterproof the sharpies bleed >_<.

Fabric crayons sound pretty cool, I'd like to try them on a canvas bag or somthing :D But I can imagine it would be hard to use them on a shoe if you had to iron them

Why do my acrylics occasionally run then? ;_;
Yeah, sharpies don't hold well. Have you tried Fabric Markers? The permanent kind? They're waterproof but still fade a bit.

You could always pull apart the shoe and glue it back again. :P

are you sure you're using acrylics? Maybe my brand is just waterproof :P I bet fabric markers would work better only sharpies are easier to find and are probably cheaper. As for pulling apart the shoe TT__TT I wouldn't be able to put it back together agian, I swear I would screw it up!

Almost certain! I'm using Jo Sonya's (sp?).

Haha! I'd screw it up too. :P

Hahaha, yes! They're waterproof once you've set (by ironing) them into the fabric.
